Hill Hire Secure Contract with Elite Transport
The UK’s leading truck and trailer contract hire and rental specialist, Hill Hire plc, has secured a huge contract win with Container Haulier, Elite Transport Services Ltd. Hill Hire will provide 100 Dennison Tri Axle Sliding Skeletal Trailer vehicles to the company in a deal worth in excess of £1.3m.
Elite Transport, which has moved to Hill Hire from previous suppliers Transrent, will be using the trailers as part of their fleet renewal programme, operating out of the company’s five transport sites in the UK. The contract spanning over 48 months will also include a maintenance agreement which will be serviced by neighbouring Hill Hire depots in the five operating areas including Birmingham, Felixstowe, Leeds, Manchester and Southampton.
Hill Hire Business Development Manager, Glenn Murphy says: “This deal is a major contract win for Hill Hire and the beginning of a great relationship with Elite Transport.”
“We will be working closely with Elite Transport as they grow and expand in the UK and by being able to provide a network of depots close by to their operating areas, for servicing and maintenance needs, we will add value to their business.”
